Annamaria is the author of several cookbooks. The “Tastes of Hungary” series introduce us to the world of the most famous Hungarian dishes, such as Goulash Soup, Chicken Paprikás, Potato Lángos and Catfish Paprikás. The third volume is dedicated to the most delicious desserts and snack foods which are an indispensable part of every traditional holiday meal and family gathering in Hungary. In addition , Annamaria launched this short booklet series for the unpublished recipes and additional secrets you can’t find in the books.
